Vintage Sterling Mens Ring C. C. C. USA Civilian Conservation Corps Sz 6.25 1934

  

USA Ring in Sterling Silver with Black Enamel on the top area background with a Green Enamel Pine Tree in the Center. The pine tree was the hallmark of the Civilian Conservation Corps. The ring is engraved on the sides with the original owner's initials and number. Marks inside the ring: INSIGNIA MFG.

CAL, 1934 STERLING (and tested sterling silver). Size: 6.25 This ring could be sized by your jeweler, and has probably been previously sized.

Measurements: The top area of the ring measures approximately 20.7mm length x 16.2mm width. The back of the shank measures approximately 5.4mm and gradually increases to 14.4mm at the shoulder sides under the top area. When worn, the ring sits approximately 4mm above the finger.

Good vintage condition: There are light scratches in the sterling silver and in the top area enamels commensurate with true age and wear.
