All stones are brilliant, multi faceted, and original to the piece, none are missing. Looks like a mixture of pearls, cabochons, and stones. Beautiful movement from the dangle. Nice warm patina on silver. Comes with a 24 inch chain that came with the piece. Please expect normal wear commensurate with the age of the piece.
