This is from our family's collection of wonderful items. Vintage Sterling Silver Letter Opener. Marked Sterling w/a makers symbol & others. I found one just like it that came from Tiffany & Co.

There is no way for us to be sure, so we're just tossing it out there. Otherwise, a truly classy & functional piece of the past. Approximately 2.5 (approximate inches). We did make great efforts to upload clear pictures. It makes life so much easier for everyone involved.
