British sterling silver winged lion picture frame set 460.9 grams vintage

  
Very nice set of two vintage solid sterling silver round picture frames. They are marked stering with letters and numbers 25 pd, hard to see but that is what I believe. Also marked with winged lion. Total gram weight is 460.9 grams. Previous owner had pictures glued inside of back of frame.

The glue residue I left, did not want to hurt these wonderful items. Each is 7 7/8" across and approximately 1/2" thick. I do know these are before 1961.

But I cannot confirm how much older these are. These will polish very nicely. This will weigh 12 ounces with packaging.
