Beautiful Antique Francois Borgel Solid Sterling Silver Case. Hallmarked with the Borgel stamp, 925 for Sterling Silver, V for 1918 and FF for import to Glasgow. Large 34.5mm case with 20.5mm wire lugs. High Quality 15 Jewels Swiss Movement. Vintage Leather Two Piece Trench Watch Strap.

In good working condition, but there are no guarantees. It winds well and the hands set nicely, but the crown and stem can be withdrawn, so that will need to be attended to. Beautiful clean high quality Swiss Movement with 15 Jewels.

It dismantled and reassembled properly, the threads are in good working condition. In lovely original unrestored condition.

The dial is in excellent condition with no chips or damage, just a couple of very faint hairlines. Original matching Blued Steel Hands. It looks like here has been an old surface repair on the rear of the case, obviously this isnt visible when worn. Acrylic Crystal is clean and clear. There is overall wear and marks commensurate with age and use.
